A Dream

Last night I dreamt that you were here

and laying by my side

We looked into each other's eyes

and laughed until we cried...

It all was like it was before

no one but you and me

I ran my fingers through your hair

you kissed me tenderly...

We held each other through the night

and tears began to flow

Those moments with you very brief

and then you had to go...
