Friends

Hold me close for just a while

and tell me it's all right

Friends have left this world today

they sleep in peace tonight...

How my heart is aching now

it's sometimes hard to breathe

I know the families hurt so much

as they now start to grieve...

We know the angels walk with them

and that they cry no more

By now they've seen the face of God

and what He's kept in store...
