A thousand times I've thought of you

and where we both are now

It's funny how the little things

come back to me some how..

At times I think of how you laughed

your silly little grin

The way you kissed me on my lips 

when daylight would begin...

The way we cuddled on the couch

and drifted off to sleep

The mornings we were late for work

the secrets we would keep... 

Sometimes I hear you sing your songs

and then I sing them too

For days I hum the melodies

just like you used to do...

I never thought I'd feel this way

or miss you like I do

I'm coping now the best I can

I'm still in love with you...
