oh please don’t walk away…

Feelings deep within my heart

so much I want to say…

I’ve waited all my life for you

and now you’re standing here…

The moment that I’ve dreamed about

a falling little tear…

When I was young I laughed a lot

the world, much simpler then

Everyone I met in life

I counted as a friend...

A new adventure every day

no end to all the joy

Fridays were our special night

the girls were cute and coy...

But then one summer all would change

on graduation night

Hugs and kisses everyone

and then we all took flight...
